- Work with the Branch Manager to manage general branch department operations ;
- Direct the operations and results of the shop department ;
- Prepare schedules based on budget and sales forecast ;
- Develop and implement trade exploitation policies and procedures ;
- Ensure OHS standards are met throughout the station ;
- Ensure smooth and rigorous communication within teams as well as with other departments of the company ;
- Identify personnel needs, participate in the hiring process and manage the human resources of the branch departments ;
- Ensure that sales spaces are attractive and in line with sales strategies ;
- Evaluate sales of different departments weekly ;
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the branch ;
- Ensure asset protection and inventory accuracy ;
- Ensure compliance with OHS standards throughout the branch ;
- Own staff training, coaching, engagement and coaching.
Requirements
- CED or relevant experience ;
- Experience working in team management or HR ;
- Great knowledge of the different stages of the sales process ;
- Extensive knowledge of outdoor clothing, footwear, equipment and accessories in general ;
- Ease with IT tools ;
- Bilingualism ;
- Sense of organization ;
- Leadership ;
