Senior Advisor, Talent & Culture

We are hiring an influential Senior Advisor, Talent & Culture for a dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop internal communications that will drive employee engagement.
• Partner with client groups on various HR initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, and employee relations.
• Act as a support and partner to employees, providing insight and solutions to various issues, influence HR strategies, tools, systems, and policies.
• Build an internal communications strategy and create influential content to drive employee engagement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources
• 5 years of experience in human resources
• CHRP designation (an asset)
• Strong knowledge of HR legislation and labour standards
• Bilingual, French, and English (written, spoken)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Solid knowledge of MS Office Suite
