We are looking a Cash Manager for our client, a company in Retail and in growing. They recently opened 3 new stores and launching a new banner next yr w/3 new stores, growing to more than 20-25 across Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as a role model for all customer service standards including ensuring work is done in a timely manner while achieving excellent quality results;
  • Reacts to department inventory needs ensuring replenishment needs are satisfied to maximize our ability to meet service deadlines;
  • Adheres to guidelines in performing all service functions including authorizations for warranties, repairs, returns and alterations;
  • Resolves customer complaints through excellence in customer service, and efficient follow up to ensure 100% customer satisfaction;
  • Participates in training, both in maintaining a current personal level of service knowledge and communicating the latest product and service trends, innovations and technologies through training sessions;
  • Participates with the store team in achieving all aspects of service;
  • Promotes Mission, Vision and Core Values consistently in all aspects of the business;
  • Controls shortage through inventory control and adherence to Loss Prevention guidelines;
  • Adheres to the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA), specifically Employee’s Responsibilities;
  • Uses or wears equipment, protective devices or clothing;
  • Follows all safety related rules, instructions, or signage at all time;
  • Attends, actively participates in, and ensures health & safety training requirements are met;
  • Operates equipment only upon being trained on the equipment;
  • Promotes health & safety consistently in all aspects of the business.

Requirements

  • Ability to provide excellent technical service;
  • High standard of professionalism;
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen and respond with tact and diplomacy;
  • Strong sense of urgency in dealing with business and staff needs;
  • Excellent analytical skills;
  • Familiar with related equipment;
  • Able to maintain the smooth operation of the store through the ability to function as part of a cohesive team.
