- Collaborate with headquarters and design team to open new location;
- Participate in the hiring process for the store;
- Establish a professional and welcoming environment to ensure excellent customer service;
- Maintain company’s merchandising initiatives to increase sales;
- Implement Product Knowledge sessions for team;
- Be a true Brand Ambassador and lead by example;
- Analyze, and interpret business sales reports, create schedules;
- Motivate sales associates;
- Assist Store Manager with operations.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in retail management or similar;
- Ability to manage a big volume store;
- Strong knowledge of KPI performance ;
- College diploma or equivalent;
- Team-leader and great communication skills;
- Passionate about sales;
- Must be able to work nights and weekends.
