We are looking for an Ecommerce Manager to join a leading Sports Retailer in Montreal!

  • Responsible for defining and expanding the ecommerce road map across all social media channels;
  • Deliver periodic budgets and revenue forecasts;
  • Create full-cycle merchandising strategies for the site (selection, pricing, promotion, product display, product);
  • Increase brand awareness through all online platforms;
  • Collaborate with digital agencies and external partners;
  • Devise Coop marketing campaigns to represent suppliers and curate liquidation strategies;
  • Control the overall user experience, including site navigation, checkout funnel and promotional campaigns, in collaboration with an external partner;
  • Plan digital marketing budget and SEO tactics;
  • Lead and mentor the digital team to foster both individual and team success;
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure marketing and promotional calendars are implemented and monitored;
  • Oversee new updates, new page designs and 3rd party integrations;
  • Provide weekly reports on performance metrics;
  • Troubleshoot technical issues in the custom experience in collaboration with an external partner;
  • Work in a consultative manner with a cross-functional set of teams to ensure the correct desired experience is delivered;
  • Track ecommerce and UI/UX best practices, monitor industry trends, and make recommendations for new and existing sites.


  • Degree in Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, Business;
  • 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing;
  • Proficient in MS Office Adobe suite;
  • Bilingual (English, French/written, spoken);
  • Strong analytical and time-management skills, comfortable using site analytics;
  • Complete understanding of Google Ads, SEO, SEM, Google Analytics;
  • Experience working with a variety of ecommerce platforms, vendors, and software;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Inventory management experience;
  • Experience in Athletic and Sporting Goods a plus;
  • Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, and Dreamweaver or similar software;
  • HTML and coding experience an asset;
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
