- Receive service requests from stores and resolve issues;
- Execute follow-ups with stores and respond in a timely manner to all requests;
- Communicate with store personnel and service companies on a regular basis;
- Place service calls and obtain quotes;
- Follow up regularly with stores and service companies until completion;
- Prepare purchase orders for repairs and supplies;
- Verify that invoices match requisitions;
- Perform tasks related to new store openings, relocations and closing procedures;
- Regular shopping for items online or at local retailers;
- Act as replacement in mailroom as required and potentially take over the position (two days per week).
- DEC or equivalent experience;
- Knowledge of Windows (including Outlook, Excel and Word);
- Bilingual French/English with excellent communications skills, both written and spoken;
- Service oriented, good with prioritising and handling of emergencies;
- Requires a vehicle to travel to local retailers or suppliers for purchases, as required.
