We are looking for a Total Rewards Manager to join a fast-growing men’s brand in Montreal!

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive total rewards strategy that aligns with the company’s strategic direction;
  • Oversee the company’s Human Resource Information System (HRIS);
  • Strategically assess the effectiveness of current programs in achieving organizational objectives, make recommendations & bring in innovative trends in total rewards;
  • Lead performance management, rewards and recognition programs for the company;
  • Lead the annual salary review process, including administering and supporting the end-to-end process, reviewing/reporting market movement, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislative authorities and applicable policies;
  • Oversee and manage Total Rewards budget and provide input into annual fiscal budget projections/requirements.
  • Design user-friendly processes, guidelines and documentation;
  • Plan and direct the implementation and administration of all benefit plans for both Canada and USA;
  • Support the development and integration of new and/or existing rewards programs, policies and procedures to ensure that programs are market competitive, internally equitable, and cost effective;
  • Manage Pay Equity analysis and ensure compensation and HR processes meet all pay equity and pay transparency-related legislation and compliance requirements, and where needed, make recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources;
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience;
  • Knowledge of applicable labor laws on employment practices;
  • Working knowledge of total rewards legislation within both Canada and the US;
  • Proficient with HR systems, experience in implementing HRIS, an asset.;
  • Inspire trust by being honest and behaving ethically in all dealings;
  • Strong knowledge of job evaluation principles and benchmarking methodologies;
  • Strong, effective, and clear communication skills;
  • English required, bilingual preferred.
