- Take over kitchen operations ;
- Meet the highest standards of food quality, consistency and efficiency ;
- Optimize daily production targets ;
- Ensure control of food, waste, labour costs and stock management ;
- Order products (regular and new) with supplies ;
- Create and maintain a partnership relationship with the team and service staff ;
- Ensure that the values and promises of society are respected and shared ;
- Share enthusiasm and energy within the team.
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years experience in kitchen management ;
- Experience in high volume and rolling kitchen ;
- Ease with IT tools ;
- Availability for all shifts: 8hà17h/ 12hà21h or 16hà12h ;
- Availability 3 week-ends per month ;
- Leadership ;
- Good communication skills ;
- Ease of teaching people ;
- Management of pressure ;
- Positive attitude ;
- Dynamism.
