We are seeking a qualified candidate with a background in ladies’ apparel, for the position of Ecommerce customer service representative

Responsibilities

  • Provide knowledgeable answers to customer phone and email inquiries;
  • Assist clients on order-on-line;
  • Follow up on all customer requests;
  • Assist customers with after sales service issues;
  • Be a primary contact for customer inquiries about our product.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service, preferably in fashion;
  • Strong ecommerce background;
  • Proactive personality and self-motivator;
  • Demonstrates initiative with the ability to multitask;
  • Computer skills in Microsoft office and Momentis a strong asset;
  • Demonstrate ability to work harmoniously in a team as well as autonomously;
  • Must be bilingual (French and English).
