- Provide knowledgeable answers to customer phone and email inquiries;
- Assist clients on order-on-line;
- Follow up on all customer requests;
- Assist customers with after sales service issues;
- Be a primary contact for customer inquiries about our product.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service, preferably in fashion;
- Strong ecommerce background;
- Proactive personality and self-motivator;
- Demonstrates initiative with the ability to multitask;
- Computer skills in Microsoft office and Momentis a strong asset;
- Demonstrate ability to work harmoniously in a team as well as autonomously;
- Must be bilingual (French and English).
