- Review and assess operational requirements of new and potential wholesale partners and facilitate onboarding;
- Align internal teams with the customers’ operational requirements and offer recommendations to reduce complexity and costs for the team;
- Collect and provide documentation requested by partners during the setup phase;
- Coordinate the process in SAP and follow-up with different teams and stakeholders until implementation is successfully complete;
- Support and guide internal teams on operational requirements for the division;
- Coordinate modifications to existing customers’ set-up;
- Maintain onboarding tools and support with general projects within the division.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role;
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management and Logistics;
- Bilingual, in English and French;
- Knowledge of EDI, and SAP (asset).
