- Answer incoming emails/phone calls concerning customer inquiries and provide support and solutions;
- Order follow up and management for specified territory;
- Research and issue return authorizations;
- Prepare and run daily picking slips to forward to warehouse as well as pick slips for booking orders;
- Assist warranty department (emails related to general product inquiries as well as technical questions regarding parts, warranties and product;
- Communicate with all internal departments when necessary.
- 2+ years of experience in wholesale distribution;
- Excellent organizational and communication skills;
- Bilingual (French and English);
- Knowledge of Momentis software, an asset;
- Experience in the outdoor industry and/or consumer goods, an asset.
