- Post orders to schedule on a daily basis;
- Work with the logistic team to book trailers;
- Create production reports & verify status of orders;
- Respond to any customer complaints or issues, follow up on emails;
- Facilitate communication between the production and shipping departments;
- Perform other related tasks.
Requirements
- Computer skills;
- Knowledge of Navision is a plus;
- French and English bilingualism spoken and written;
- 1-2 year of customer service experience;
- Focused on quality and customer satisfaction.
