Responsibilities

  • Take incoming calls from customers (majors, independents);
  • Review return requests for two brand divisions;
  • Manage daily priorities, meetings and workflow;
  • Work closely with the warehouse team and production during shipping/peak season;
  • Support sales representatives with regards to style cancellations, reports and tools;
  • Update customer delivery dates in the ERP system for sales orders, communicate these dates with the production department;
  • Manage the EDI process, fulfil customers’ requirements;
  • Manage invoicing, picking slips, creation of UPC codes and order allocations;
  • Generate reports on department and product performance;

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in wholesale customer service;
  • Knowledge of order fulfilment;
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, ERP systems and EDI order processing.
