We are working with a small company specializing in agriculture in Montreal to recruit an Office Clerk. You will be in charge of managing administrative activities in the office and supporting the teams.

Responsibilities

  • Performs clerical duties including typing, filing and completion of simple forms;
  • Operates office machines including copiers, scanners, computers, phones and voicemail systems;
  • Responds to general customer inquiries by phone and email;
  • Prepares letters, memos, forms and reports according to instructions.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and French);
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office;
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills;
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
