- Performs clerical duties including typing, filing and completion of simple forms;
- Operates office machines including copiers, scanners, computers, phones and voicemail systems;
- Responds to general customer inquiries by phone and email;
- Prepares letters, memos, forms and reports according to instructions.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and French);
- Proficient with Microsoft Office;
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills;
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
