Allocations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Complete the allocation cycle to ensure maximum productivity;
• Conduct analysis by store to understand product performance by category;
• Work on distribution strategy, and replenishment needs on a daily basis;
• Track merchandise in liaison with distribution to ensure timely shipment of goods to stores;
• Manage the distribution center merchandise reserves to ensure a continuous supply for the stores;
• Coordinate merchandise needs for various promotions and perform analysis post-promotion and make recommendations;
• Collaborate with buying and planning to perform inter-store consolidations to maximize sales potential of styles;
• Complete data entry of markdowns;
• Maintain follow-up documents for the reception of goods and ensure reports are classified and organized;
• Participate in setting up and coordinating special projects, promotions and store openings / closures;
• Visit the stores and the distribution center on a regular basis.
